Rescue Pup Coffee Co. 14-Day Return Policy

At Rescue Pup Coffee Co., your satisfaction is our priority! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date.
  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.
  • Proof of purchase (such as a receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Coffee & Tea - Due to the perishable nature of our coffee and tea, all coffee and tea purchases are final sale and nonrefundable. If there is an issue with your order (e.g., damaged or incorrect items), please reach out to us at info@rescuepupcoffeeco.com within 7 days of receiving your shipment, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
  • Gift cards and any promotional or sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process:

  1. Contact us at info@rescuepupcoffeeco.com to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions.
  3. Pack the item(s) securely in their original packaging.
  4. Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Exchanges:

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product.
  • If you received an incorrect item, we will fix the mishap. Please just let us know of the mistake. 

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@rescuepupcoffeeco.com with a description and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
